Our Services
OSO provides business consulting, startup planning, administrative filing assistance, and operational implementation. Each engagement is governed by a mutually agreed scope of work.
Scope of Work
Monthly capacity includes meetings, analysis, documentation, implementation, and communications. Unused monthly capacity does not automatically roll over. Work outside the agreed scope, such as large custom software builds, complete website development, or major integrations, may require separate pricing.
Fees and Billing
Monthly fees are billed in advance. Government filing fees, licenses, permits, software subscriptions, advertising spend, and other third-party costs are not included unless stated otherwise in your agreement.
No Legal or Tax Advice
OSO is not a law firm, CPA firm, government agency, or licensing authority. We do not provide legal or tax advice. Certain business structures, licensing requirements, and regulated activities may require assistance from licensed professionals. We do not guarantee approval of any registration, license, or permit.
No Guaranteed Results
We work to help your business improve, but we do not guarantee specific financial or business outcomes. Results depend on many factors, including your own decisions and execution.
Client Responsibilities
You agree to provide accurate and timely information. You retain ultimate control of your business and approve all legal decisions, entity selections, and government forms requiring your certification or signature.
Intellectual Property
The OSO name, logo, Build Strong™ methodology, and website content belong to OSO Business Consulting™. Deliverables prepared for you may be used for your own business operations.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, OSO is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the website or services. The website is provided as is, without warranties of any kind.
